《In This Garden We Loved_Part II》, 2023.06.23 – 2023.08.05, ATELIER AKI
Lee Yunhee, Park Hyojin, Jung Inhye, Cha Youngseok, Lee Sejoon and Dahoon Nam will participate in a special exhibition "In This Garden We Loved". The exhibition will be divided into two parts. Part 1 《In This Garden We Loved_Part I》 (5.18 - 6.17) in which artists Lee Yunhee, Park Hyojin, and Jung In-hye participated will show the moments of rest expressed through "Consolation".

Hyojoo Jang (b. 1988) explores the sensory differences felt between the inside and outside of boundaries through the physical form of sculpture. Focusing on the gap between the fictitious entities of the digital age and tangible reality, she visualizes a sense of tactility that is “visible yet untouchable” through the conjunction and juxtaposition of diverse materials.

Artist Ok Seungcheol Explores the Tension Between Original and Copy
Also known by the alias Aokizy, Ok Seungcheol (b. 1988) explores concepts that arise between originality and authenticity, as well as between digital imagery and physical materiality. Drawing from endlessly reproduced and altered digital images sourced from visual media such as comics, films, and video games, he treats these as a kind of "original" from which new works are generated.

《We Where》, 2022.01.19 – 2022.02.26, PKM Gallery
As its first exhibition of the year, PKM Gallery is delighted to present 《We Where》, a solo exhibition of Young In Hong (b. 1972), who is an active presence on the global stage, from January 19th to February 26th. At Hong’s exhibition, which is taking place in Korea 2 years after the 《Korea Artist Prize 2019》 at the MMCA, 8 new artworks including a sound installation and a large-scale embroidery work and 2 photo-score series created in 2017 are shown across the entire gallery space.
