Nonprofit_Global K-Art Samsung Foundation of Culture Sends Next Generation of Art Professionals to Paris The Samsung Foundation of Culture is opening applications from October 16 to October 27 for Korean artists and art researchers to reside at the Cité internationale des arts in Paris from 2024 to 2025. Those selected will have the opportunity to stay in Paris for six months, during which they will receive support from the Samsung Foundation, including a dedicated studio, activity support, living expenses, and airfare.

Gallery_Global K-Art Gagosian Hires Head of Operations for Korea A a global contemporary gallery, Gagosian, has appointed Jiyoung Lee to lead its operations in South Korea, aiming to strengthen its presence in the Asian art market. With 15 years of experience in both Western and South Korean galleries, including Sprüth Magers, Esther Schipper, and PKM Gallery, Lee is well suited for this role.
